Why I Do This Work

As a breast cancer thriver and lifelong advocate for ethical leadership, I understand the urgency of building something meaningful. My mission is to help leaders grow with intention—because when values and vision are aligned, businesses don’t just succeed—they create lasting impact.

My Story

I’ve rebuilt my life and business more than once—navigating layoffs, grief, and reinvention with grit and grace. Those experiences taught me how to find clarity in chaos and craft meaningful solutions that serve both mission and humanity.

I’m also proudly neurodivergent. My ADHD brain is like a high-speed web browser, processing big-picture strategy while tracking the tiniest detail. It’s my superpower. I blend creativity, logic, and emotional intelligence to see patterns others miss—and help clients grow with both structure and soul.

This is the fourth iteration of my business, and the most aligned. In midlife, I’ve stepped into a deeper sense of calm, confidence, and clarity—and I love helping other bold leaders do the same.

My Journey to Becoming Your Marketing Mentor

Early in my career, I was overwhelmed by formulas, funnels, and false promises. I chased success that didn’t feel right—and learned that real growth comes from alignment: between your values, your audience, and your mission.

Now, my team and I help leaders trust their instincts, clarify their strategy, and create marketing that’s as effective as it is ethical.

Inspired by Love and Support

My late husband was my rock and unwavering supporter, reminding me every day of the power of belief and encouragement. His love and steadfast faith in my abilities taught me the importance of showing up fully for others—a lesson I carry into my work with entrepreneurs. His legacy continues to inspire me to help others thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Trailblazers Who Shaped Me

My mother was my first mentor and a trailblazer. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, she defied financial barriers to own an interior decorating business—at a time when women needed a male co-signer to open bank accounts or secure business loans. Watching her determination and strength as she grew her business inspired my fascination with entrepreneurship and continues to guide me today.

My brother, like my late husband, taught me the value of family, love, and living life to the fullest. His adventurous spirit and deep appreciation for the present moment remain a profound influence on my life and work. Together, they’ve shown me the power of resilience, authenticity, and leading with purpose.

Finding Balance Outside of Work

When I’m not mentoring visionaries and entrepreneurs, I’m embracing the things that bring me joy and connection. You’ll often find me spending quality time with my spirited Australian Heeler, my beloved tabby cat, and exploring the great outdoors—a place that brings me peace and renewal.

The outdoors also holds a special place in my heart because it was something my late husband and I cherished together. We loved camping in our "LovePod" trailer, escaping the noise of the world to simply be with one another. Those quiet moments surrounded by nature with my best friend remain some of my most treasured memories.

I also find joy in spending time with my daughters, immediate and extended family, and the wonderful friends who are like family to me. Inspired by my mother, I have a deep love for interior decorating, as well as exploring hobbies and crafts that spark creativity.

One of my favorite pastimes is watching British television and films, a tradition my husband and I shared that continues to bring me comfort and connection to the memories we created together.
